Discover the sparkling side of life with two exquisite tasting experiences at Breathless Sparkling Wines, each designed to delight your palate and elevate your visit to our winery. This tasting is in a private area in the upper garden where your group will be greeted with a glass of our Blanc de Blancs upon arrival. Begin with a brief overview of the history of Méthode Champenoise winemaking and highlights of the other sparkling wines selected, experience a bottle being Sabered and enjoy a leisurely tasting experience.

Sparkling Hour
Begin your evening with a visit to our charming garden patio! Unwind with an award-winning glass or bottle of Breathless Sparkling Wine as you soak in the tranquil ambiance. It’s the perfect prelude to dinner, setting the tone for a memorable night out. Please note, tastings are not available with this reservation, just pure relaxation and a touch of sparkle.

Caviar Picnic or Caviar Bump
Experience the epitome of luxury with our exclusive White Sturgeon caviar from Tsar Nicoulai. Native to California and eco-certified, this caviar is sourced from responsibly harvested, hormone-free, and non-GMO native fish. Served with organic locally-sourced crème fraîche and savory gourmet potato chips.

- Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- The California State Liquor Control Board only permits the consumption of Breathless wines on our premises. Alcohol from other destinations is prohibited.
- Per laws of the Liquor Control Board, no one who is intoxicated will be served or allowed to stay with the rest of the group. If the entire group is intoxicated, they will be refused service completely.
