Spring is Kiwi season and the bright citrus-melon notes are a wonderful match with the flavors of our Breathless Brut. This is a unique spin on a champagne cocktail with its Spring flavors and color!
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Breathless Brut
- 6 ozs Vodka
- 2 Ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsps Simple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6 Chilled coupes or flutes
- 6 Basil leaves for garnish
Directions
Chill your glasses at least 30 minutes before serving. Crush the Kiwi in jar or bowl, add syrup and stir. Add 1/6 fruit mixture to each glass. Add 1oz vodka to each glass and fill remainder of each glass with chilled Brut. Add a basil leaf to garnish. Enjoy!
